GOD is listening - let's join in unison prayer for our loved ones!
JESUS is the substance of the Sabbath. Are you resting in HIM?
It is all about JESUS and His shed blood at Calvary's Cross.
Oh! It is JESUS. Oh! It is JESUS.
It is JESUS in my soul.
For I have touched the hem of His garment,
And His blood has made me whole.
Our focus must be on our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. We can do nothing without Him.
To receive salvation, each person comes in at the foot of the Cross, believing & putting his
or her trust in JESUS and JESUS alone.
We are here on this site to go boldly before the throne room of grace to seek God on behalf
of ourselves & others.
It is not about a day or about another human being. God does not have a mother. Mary
(I thank God for her) was the mother of the human being that JESUS was.
She had to confess her sins to Him & invite Him into her heart just like everybody else who
receives salvation.
In order to be saved we must have a change of mind (repentance) when we hear the Gospel.
John 3:16. Only God alone can change our hearts so that conversion can take place.
The only Mediator between God & man, is the Man Christ JESUS.
When our JESUS rose from the dead on that bright Sunday morning, the
first day of the week, something new began--the celebration of the resurrection of our Lord
and Saviour JESUS Christ who shed His precious blood at Calvary Cross for our sins and
then He rose again from the dead.
When The Holy Spirit came to indwell every believer that day at Pentecost, it was on the first
day of the week. Peter gave his first sermon...Acts Chap. 2, on that day. So the early believers
gathered on the first day of the week to worship the Lord since that day.
"On the first day of the week, we gathered with the believers to share in the Lord's Supper.
Paul was preaching to them..." Acts 20:7a.
I am not debating with any one but we need to be in one accord like the first
believers when they were waiting for the Holy Spirit. They also prayed for
boldness.
We too should pray for boldness & courage especially now.
JESUS is the substance of the Sabbath. Sabbath means "rest" and
JESUS is our rest. Are you resting in Him my friends?
Please read Heb. 4:1-13, Rom. 14, Col. 2:6-16-17& 18-21.
Heb. 8:13 (TNLT) reads, "When God speaks of a "new" covenant, it means He has made
the first one obsolete. It is now out of date and will soon disappear".
The Lord said in 2Chron. 7:14 "If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves
and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and
forgive them of their sins and I will heal the land.
So then, what are we waiting for? Let us start to pray.
There are many people who have been going to Church for years & do not know what it is to be
born-again or to have a personal relationship with the Lord. (I was in that category once. But I
thank the Lord that I am no longer the same).
The Bible says that no one comes to JESUS unless THE FATHER draws that person to Him
so let us ask Him to remove the vail from the eyes of those who may not yet be saved.
Heavenly Father,
If there is anyone on this site who has not yet given his or her life to you, we ask You now to
create the circumstance for such person to respond to the Good News of the free gift of salvation.
Father, please remove the scales from their eyes & help them to come to JESUS with a broken
& a contrite heart. Lord You have said in Your Words that You will not dispise them but You will
draw them to Your dear Son JESUS.
We pray in the wonderful name of Jesus.
GIVE YOUR HEART TO JESUS by praying this prayer from the bottom of your heart.
Heavenly Father,
I thank you for sending your Son JESUS to die on the Cross to
redeem me from the curse of the law. Lord JESUS, I now turn
away from all other ways that are not of you and I put my trust totally
in You. Please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart and
be my Lord and my Savior. Give me the desire to read Your Word.
And help me to understand what I read. Give me widom to apply
this to my life. Please fill me with the Holy Spirit that I may have
power over sin & to live this new life. In Your name I pray. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank You for this day. We thank You for our being able to see and to hear this morning. We're blessed because You are a forgiving and an understanding God. You have done so much for us and You keep on blessing us. Forgive us this day for everything we have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you. We ask now for Your forgiveness. Please keep us safe from all danger and harm. Help us to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let us make the best of each and every day to clear our minds so that we can hear from You. Please broaden our minds so that we can accept all things. Let us not whine and whimper over things that we have no control. Help us to give the best response when we are pushed beyond our limits. We know that when we cannot pray, You will listen to our hearts. Continue to use us to do Your will. Continue to bless us that we may be a blessing to others. Keep us strong that we may help the weak. Keep us uplifted that we may have words of encouragement for others. WE pray for those who are lost and can't find their way. We pray for those who are misjudged and misunderstood. We pray for those who do not know You intimately. We pray for those who would delete this without sharing it with others. We pray for those who do not believe. But we thank you that we believe. We believe that God changes people and that God changes things. We pray for all our brothers and sisters in Christ. We also pray for each and every family member in their households -first of all that each one will receive the free gift of salvation. We pray for love, joy and peace in their homes and that they will be out of debt and that all their needs will be met. We pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than You oh my God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. We pray that these words will be received into the hearts of every person who reads them.
We pray this in the name of JESUS, the name that is above every name in heaven and on earth.
AMEN.
