Doctors are humans too--NEED PRAYER ALSO

I have a very good friend that I have known for about 20 years that is a general surgeon. He did gall bladder surgery on me in the spring of 08 and was also the initial one that started the finding of the tumor on my brain. His son passed away in July and he has stopped practicing medicine. I do not know if the son passing has to do with his decision to stop his practice but it is a terrible mistake. I know that he needs time to heal from his sons death and he needs Gods love and he probably don't see it right now. When I was down several years ago with no insurance he saw me several times at no charge. He said he wanted to see me "GET WELL" and that he didn't care about the money. We need more doctors like him and I know that there is a reason for everything and we are not to understand it all but this is one super physician. Dr Mark Thorne you are the best and we all are rooting for you in whatever decision you make and will stand by you. We will also pray that whatever happen to your son, whatever it was I do not know, that somehow there will be someone, words, love, caring, a thought, a prayer, moment of silence, courage, and strength. I believe in you!!

Yes, Terry, we need more doctors like Dr. Mark Thorne, and we are all saddened that he has/d to go through this experience of losing a child; as human beings, we are not suppose to be burying our children.

As one with the experience of losing my oldest son (Stéphane) at the age of 36 through elective surgery that went bad, it is very heart wrenching to go through, and I do not How i could have gone through it without my faith.Thank God, I had my faith.

It is almost (if not totally) impossible for us to understand why some of those bad things happen; and there is no sense trying to figure it out.

I appreciate you taking the time to add intentions for this Dr. Thorne here Terry, as he was there for you , now God allows you to be here for him, even if he does not know.

And yes, we will all join with you and keep him and his family in our prayers.
