A Dalit male and female scavenger are seen in the pictures attached to be using their uncovered hands to remove human excreta in the railway tracks at a total loss to their self-respect, dignity and in utter disregard for their human rights. Worse still, they collect the excreta, they carry their collections on their head before disposing of their unholy and unhygienic collection. While we have progressed in science and technology to such an extent that we can send human being to the moon, still we have our brothers and sisters using raw hand to clean human excretia..
